CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear members,

As part of our effort to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to avoid last minute delays or cancellations, we have established the following cancellation and delay policy.

Cancellation Policy:

In case you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so, you are helping to manage our staff’s time properly and giving another member the opportunity to be served in the same time period.

Delay Policy:

If you know you will be late for your appointment, please let us know at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow us to adjust the schedule and see if we can accommodate you fully.

In the event of a delay without prior notice, the duration of your session may be reduced or, if you are unable to be accommodated, the appointment may be postponed.

No Show and Charge:

If you do not cancel the appointment in time or do not show up, there will be a charge for the session.
